1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Tiki Taka Tours, registered in the UK.
  • "You," "Your" refers to the individual or team making the booking.
  • "Tour" refers to the travel and tournament package organised by Tiki Taka Tours.

2. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

Included in the package:

  • Accommodation.
  • Airport transfers.
  • Pitch rental.
  • Potential local discounts at participating venues.
  • Professional match filming.
  • Public liability insurance.
  • Cancellation cover for the hotel and event location.

Not included:

  • Flights.
  • Meals.
  • Personal travel insurance.
  • Tourist Taxes (see point 12)


Professional Match Filming
While we aim to provide high-quality professional match filming, unforeseen issues such as equipment malfunctions or weather conditions may affect the quality or availability of the footage. In such cases, we will do our best to resolve the problem, but refunds or compensation cannot be guaranteed.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • A first payment/deposit is required 100 days before the start of the tour to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made no later than 30 days before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Cancellation fees apply based on the payments made to the hotel (see Section 4).
  • A £100 cancellation fee per person applies to all cancellations, in addition to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • A minimum of 8 players per tour is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices vary depending on the season and demand. Please refer to your personalised quote for details.
  • Flights are not included in the package.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations are permitted free of charge up to 100 days before the start of the tour. 
  • After this period, cancellation fees will apply as follows:
    • 25% of the total package cost if cancelled up to 90 days before the start date.
    • 50% of the total package cost if cancelled up to 60 days before the start date.
    • 75% of the total package cost if cancelled up to 30 days before the start date.
    • 100% of the total package cost if cancelled up to 7 days before the start date.
  • Cancellation policies of third-party providers (e.g., hotels) may affect your refund.
  • Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of our third-party providers.


If Tiki Taka Tours cancels a tour due to low attendance or other reasons, participants will be informed at least 90 days in advance, and a full refund will be provided.


In the event that a participant is injured and is unable to take part in the tournament, but still chooses to attend the trip, Tiki Taka Tours will refund the tournament organisation fee. This refund will not apply to any other fees, including but not limited to accommodation, travel costs, or additional activities. The refund amount will be equivalent to the cost of pitch rental per person plus organisation fee, which will vary from tournament to tournament, but not exceed £30. If the tournament organisation fee has not been clearly specified at the time of booking, the refund will be determined based on a reasonable estimate of the proportion of the tour allocated to tournament-related costs.

5. Force Majeure

Tiki Taka Tours is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavour to assist but cannot guarantee refunds.

6. Liability

Tiki Taka Tours will not be held liable fo:

  • Personal injuries during activities or matches.
  • Loss of personal belongings.
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control.
  • Liability is capped at the total amount paid by the customer.


Participants are responsible for their own safety, and any injuries sustained during the tour are their own responsibility. Injuries are an inherent part of the game, and participants will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging this fact before joining the tour.

  • Participants are responsible for securing their own flights and travel insurance.
  • Personal travel insurance must include cover for sports injuries.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to uphold good behavior throughout the tour. Their actions and behavior have an impact on the reputation of Tiki Taka Tours and our partnerships. Disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to expulsion from the tournament, and the participant may be asked to leave the event. We promote fair competition, and we expect teams to engage positively with one another, including after the game, with no animosity or unwarranted aggression.

8. Supplier Contracts

Our responsibilities and cancellation terms are aligned with those of third-party providers, such as hotels and activity organizers. If a third-party provider cancels or modifies services, we will communicate these changes to you promptly.

9. Photography/Video Consent

By participating in the tour, participants consent to being filmed and photographed during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If a participant does not wish to appear in promotional material, they must notify us in writing prior to the start of the tour.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Tiki Taka Tours is committed to protecting the privacy and data of our participants. We will handle all personal data in accordance with relevant data protection laws and regulations. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Tourist Tax

  • Tourist tax is not included in the package price and must be paid directly to the accommodation provider.
  • For Albufeira, the tax varies by season: €2 per person per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 per person per night during the low season (November to March).
