In these Terms and Conditions:

• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Tiki Taka Tours, registered in the UK.
• "You," "Your" refers to the individual or team making the booking.
• "Tour" refers to the travel and tournament package organised by Tiki Taka Tours.

Tiki Taka Tours acts as organiser and coordinator of amateur football tour experiences.

Accommodation, ground transport, football facilities, referees, and venue services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Tiki Taka Tours does not operate football venues or sell flights.

Included in the package:

• Accommodation.
• Airport transfers.*
• Pitch rental.
• Potential local discounts at participating venues.
• Professional match filming.

Not included:

• Flights.
• Meals.
• Personal travel insurance.
• Tourist Taxes (see point 12)

Professional Match Filming
While we aim to provide high-quality professional match filming, unforeseen issues such as equipment malfunctions or weather conditions may affect the quality or availability of the footage. In such cases, we will do our best to resolve the problem, but refunds or compensation cannot be guaranteed.

*Only one airport transfer per team is included in this package on the assumption the whole group travels together, arriving/departing at the same time. There will be no partial refund for players who chose to travel separately.

• A first payment/deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made no later than 30 days before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to pay on time may result in a late payment fee.
• Cancellation fees apply based on the payments made to the hotel (see Section 4).
• A £100 cancellation fee per person applies to all cancellations, in addition to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
• A minimum of 7 players per tour is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices vary depending on the season and demand. Please refer to your personalised quote for details.
• Flights are not included in the package.

Deposits & Confirming Your Place

• A deposit is required to secure your place on the tour.
• This deposit is fully refundable until the tour is confirmed (minimum of 4 teams).
• Once 4 teams are confirmed and the tour is officially given the green light (you’ll receive confirmation via WhatsApp or email), your deposit becomes non-refundable.
• At that point, you’ll be encouraged to book your flights and final preparations will begin.

After Confirmation (Non-Refundable)

• Once the tour is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable unless in the unlikely event that tour is cancelled by Tiki Taka Tours.
• This is due to the fixed nature of hotel, pitch, and logistics costs.
• No refunds will be provided for team withdrawals or individual dropouts once the tour is confirmed.

Injury Clause

• If a player is injured and cannot participate in the tournament but still joins the trip, we may refund the tournament organisation fee (up to £30), depending on the structure of the tour.
• This does not cover hotel, transport, or other costs.

Tour Cancellation (by Tiki Taka Tours)

• If, for any reason, Tiki Taka Tours cancels the tour (e.g. low attendance), this will be communicated no later than 90 days before the tour start date.
• In this case, a full refund will be issued to all teams.

Tiki Taka Tours is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavour to assist but cannot guarantee refunds.

In such circumstances, Tiki Taka Tours reserves the right to amend itineraries, substitute suppliers, or modify services where necessary.

Tiki Taka Tours acts as organiser and coordinator of tour packages. Accommodation, transport, football facilities, referees, and related services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Participants acknowledge that football is a physical sport involving inherent risk of injury.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, Tiki Taka Tours shall not be liable for:

• Injuries arising from participation in football activities delivered by third parties
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Failures or acts of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall be limited to the total amount paid to us for the booking.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights and personal travel insurance, which must include cover for sports participation.

Participants will be required to sign an acknowledgment of risk prior to travel.

Participants are expected to uphold good behavior throughout the tour. Their actions and behavior have an impact on the reputation of Tiki Taka Tours and our partnerships. Disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to expulsion from the tournament, and the participant may be asked to leave the event. We promote fair competition, and we expect teams to engage positively with one another, including after the game, with no animosity or unwarranted aggression.

Tiki Taka Tours works with independent third-party suppliers including accommodation providers, transport companies, and sports facilities. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate supplier standards and insurance are in place.

We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers but will assist participants in resolving issues where possible.

By participating in the tour, participants consent to being filmed and photographed during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If a participant does not wish to appear in promotional material, they must notify us in writing prior to the start of the tour.

Tiki Taka Tours is committed to protecting the privacy and data of our participants. We will handle all personal data in accordance with relevant data protection laws and regulations. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

• Tourist tax is not included in the package price and must be paid directly to the accommodation provider.
• For Albufeira, the tax varies by season: €2 per person per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 per person per night during the low season (November to March).
